LinkTech - a technology company that does more than technology

LinkTech, LLC was founded in 2012, with a sole purpose: To provide personalized technology solutions tailored to your specifc needs. While that may sound somewhat "generic", our service is far from generic. We are focused on you, the customer, and treat your needs as our own. That means personal ownership in your technology, which is something of a rarity in today's IT companies. Each of our technicians are personally involved with you, your needs, and your business needs.

When we started out, we wanted to create a different I.T. company. We don't simply exist to resolve the current "problem", we work to fix the root cause of the problem, and we work to improve the situation so that the problem doesn't return. Our business model is simple - if we wouldn't implement a particular solution for our own needs, why would we do it for our customers?

But the LinkTech difference doesn't stop there. We wanted to branch out into different areas of technology, because that's what our customers have. Nobody has one specific type of computer, telephone system, or security system...so why should we limit ourselves? Of course, we are conscience of the "ace of all, master of none" mentality - which is why we are careful to keep our diciplines consistent with our business model.
